Day 7 Glacier Bay National Park

What a day!!! The weather started out cold and windy and got warmer and warmer, all the way into the 50s. ;-) The sites here are beyond belief. I took ~255 pictures and about 10 videos. The glaciers are nothing like you see in photos, you just can not describe them. We saw more whales, sea lions, seals, 1 bear, puffin and lots of beautiful scenery. I will post more pics of everything when I get home...too many for here. This definitely has been the hihglight of the trip so far. Tomorrow into Prince William Sound and then College Fjord.

  1. We love your blog! Your pics are amazing and I can't believe we are going to be seeing it for ourselves in a few days! Wish we could get more "tips" from you. Hope you get good weather for your land portion!

  2. The photos are gorgeous. I cannot imagine seeing for real. You got to see a Puffin? Wow, that would be awesome. I have been on several whale watches in Cape Cod (even got some great shots I'll have to show ya sometime) but never saw a Puffin before.
